We ship worldwide from our main warehouse.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• North America: 4–10 business days

• Asia & Oceania: 5–12 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–15 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs. Salted Muse is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier issues.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over ¥2000 RMB (or equivalent in your local currency).

Please note:

• Customs duties or import taxes may still apply for international orders and must be paid by the recipient.

• Salted Muse does not cover any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at a13516816135@126.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Sale items, swimwear, underwear, and custom items are non-returnable.
